What do I need to get started?

A smartphone or computer, a stable internet connection, access to some form of training space (gym or home), and the willingness to follow a plan for at least 12 weeks. We supply the App, the structure and the accountability.

Do I have to use the App?

What if I miss a training session?

Grace is extended wherever there’s also the courtesy of communication – if you give reasonable notice, we will endeavour reschedule within the same block where possible with no extra charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are treated as used sessions.

Do I need a gym membership or can I train at home?

Access to a gym is preferred in order to complete the exercises prescribed within many of the Series, but that is not to say that we cannot design a unique plan around the equipment that you do have access to. You’ll get exercise options and swaps to match your environment.

What is your Results Guarantee?

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on your starting point, consistency and constraints. The structure is built to improve strength, confidence, energy and control over your training. You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and whether it’s working. XXXXXXX

What is online coaching and how is it different from normal personal training?

Instead of paying for someone to stand next to you in the gym counting reps, you get a structured 12-week plan, weekly coaching calls (either group or exclusive), and ongoing support delivered through the app. We use those calls and daily priority messaging to focus not just on what you do inside the gym, but on everything that happens outside of it too—workload, stress, sleep, habits and schedule—because that’s what determines whether you actually follow the plan. The emphasis is on systems, data and accountability, so your training, recovery and daily decisions are all pulling in the same direction.

I have injuries or medical conditions – is this still suitable?
