of their programme, we select two of the movements they struggled with most during the beginning (one upper-body and one lower-body movement) and re-assess those same movements to measure how far they’ve come.<\/span><\/p>\n This approach is intentionally designed to enhance commitment to the process and to demonstrate beyond any doubt, just how much they were able to improve within such a short amount of time.<\/span><\/p>\n When clients know that they are due for a ‘Strength Reassessment’ after only six weeks time, it gives them a reason to stay consistent \u2013 although it’s not fun and sexy, consistency is the only thing that actually works and it turns progress from something that they hope might be happening, into something real and evidential.<\/span><\/p>\n We love and
